FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Reform Society is an inclusive, reformer-only Pilates studio focused on strength, control, and intentional movement.

Our studio is designed to be welcoming to all bodies and experience levels, offering small-group classes with 8 reformers to ensure personalised guidance, quality instruction, and a supportive atmosphere.

Do I need Pilates experience to attend?

No experience is required. We welcome both beginners and experienced clients. If you’re new to reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with beginner-friendly or slower-paced classes and letting your instructor know it’s your first visit.

How do I book a class?

All classes are booked through our online booking platform Momence. Simply purchase a class, pack, or membership and reserve your spot via the schedule.

What should I bring or wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety and are available to purchase at the studio if you don’t have your own.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early, especially for your first class, so you can get set up and settled before class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes must be cancelled more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours will result in the class being deducted
  • No-shows will also result in a class being deducted
  • Memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable

This policy allows us to respect instructor time and offer fair access to all clients.

How long are class packs valid?

Class pack expiry begins from first use:

  • 5 Class Pack — valid for 3 months
  • 10 Class Pack — valid for 6 months
  • 15 Class Pack — valid for 8 months
  • 20 Class Pack — valid for 8 months

Unused classes expire after the validity period.

Can I pause or extend my class pack?

Class packs cannot be paused or extended. Please choose a pack that fits your schedule and availability.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes. We offer memberships for clients who want regular, consistent practice. Membership details can be found on our booking platform.

I have an injury or medical condition — can I still attend?

Please inform your instructor before class of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy. While Pilates can be highly supportive, classes are general and not a substitute for medical or rehabilitation treatment.

If you’re unsure, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before attending.

Is reformer Pilates suitable during pregnancy?

Some clients may be able to continue reformer Pilates during pregnancy with modifications. Please contact us before booking so we can advise appropriately.

Do you offer private sessions?

Private and semi-private sessions may be available depending on instructor availability. Please contact us directly for more information.

How can I contact you?

If you have any questions, you can reach us via email or through our booking platform. We’re always happy to help.
